This four-year initiative is dedicated to exploring Iron Age settlements along the Eastern coast of the Iberian Peninsula using a multi-scalar and minimally invasive approach. By integrating remote sensing, near-surface geophysics, and soil analyses, we aim to comprehensively investigate these ancient sites, from expansive landscapes to specific archaeological features.

At the heart of our research, we seek to deepen our understanding of past urbanism, metallurgical production, and funerary landscapes, while also providing materials for digital dissemination.

Additionally, we are committed not only to using, but also to experimenting with and refining field strategies that employ these detection techniques to contribute to the advancement and broaden their application in Mediterranean archaeological contexts.
