WPATH have long had gatekeepers and their ilk as their primary sources for trans care providers, and despite numerous efforts to have them reference actual trans folks in the organization, I've seen little interest thereof.

For the Cass Report to define them as poor quality and indeed beholden to the queer community shows, instead, how Cass et al. are so hostile to ALL OF US.
