Dave@aitkesandpains I've just spent a week up in north Canterbury and the amount of development going on there is phenomenal (Pegasus is expanding and could potentially completely encircle Woodend eventually). All those satellite almost-cities an easy train ride from central Christchurch... now all they need is a train service (plus Rangiora to Woodend and Prebbleton to Lincoln branch lines or shuttle services...).
