@cbruegg @jawshoeadan @altstore Agree, and those < 2€ it’s the minimum I can do as a “thank you” to the devs for making this that I, personally, think it’s really amazing.

It's a slightly old article (Jan 26th). It states that Apple wasn't forced by the EU to support alternative marketplaces on iPad(OS), so they probably won't.
You might still be able to use the AltServer version.

@johncoxon Ah, in that case, good question! As far as I can find, Apple has already allowed one other emulator which claims iPad support in the App Store (Emu64 XL), so Apple shouldn't be the hindrance here.
Nick Chan@altstore If you really think most people should get apps from App Store (@[email protected] has stated that multiple times in previous occasions), then make the app available in the App Store in the EU.

eduo@ben_rearden @altstore The conundrum right now is that you can't get Delta for iPad even if you're willing to run in iPhone mode, because altstore is for iPhones.

5px@altstore Is JIT finally available? Can you ask Apple for JIT privileges if you need it for your emulator to run properly? It would be interesting to see if more complex emulators like PPSSPP or even Sudachi (Yuzu) could get them.

@altstore So thanks to europe that forced apple to finally change the situation now everyone outside of europe have delta for free inside appstore while we must pay altstore to use it because of the technology fee? Sorry but this is a dick move. Luckily i am not totally dumb to forget i can simply abuse the US apple id account i created many years ago.

@altstore would be neat if EU users of older iPhones that are stuck on fw 16 or lower had some way to access Delta as well.
