So uh. Is there a backup dancer who goes by the name "Taemin" alone? Because that would be an unusual choice for a dancer's stage name, right? given the fame of another person in kpop also called Taemin.

What's more likely?

1. A backup dancer chose to be known as Taemin for their stage name.

2. Taemin from SHINee secretly performed as a backup dancer for skz and no-one noticed.

@lookitmychicken I really don’t know the K-music industry. I just know that, unless there’s something in the industry against it, either are possible. 2, I think, would imply 1, because if I’m not mistaken Taemin could have asked to have a different stage name for this role

Given that Taemin & Hyunjin had become friends before this performance was filmed, it's not impossible that Taemin might've been a backup dancer here.

But if it was really him, surely other people would've noticed by now & made a fuss about it.

So that makes me think it's not him.

I might have to watch the video a few more times and try to spot any backup dancers who seem suspiciously Taemin-like
