Concerns I have who decides the anxiety is mild, access to support to work, and whether work is actually in the person's best interests including being able to be selective over what jobs the person accepts or will they be forced into unsuitable jobs. Anxiety can be worse in some situations as opposed to others and on different days so how do you get an accurate assessment of how bad someone's anxiety is & are they masking their anxiety which can make it hard to assess & more debilitating
And that's just some issues off the top of my head. There are probably more. I wouldn't trust the DWP to accurately assess how hard it's raining let alone something like this which takes a lot of skill & specialized training they won't have.
