Robin Frost Has MovedIf you're a fan of #LemonCookies I do not I repeat do not recommend the ones from Tate's. Their #ChocolateChip are really good but these lemon ones are definitely not. The lemon flavor is too strong, too sour and lingers in a bad way; and the cookies were too crunchy for my liking.
Debbie Hazelton@robini71 Hmmmm I will probably have to check them out. I like tart lemony and I like crispy. Lol I have often wondered what is “the perfect cookie “for most people. I like crunchy but many like chewy or soft if I try those I will let you know my verdict. Lol
@DebbieHazelton I don’t know if they are available all over the country so I will be curious if you find them it wasn’t just the texture. It was actually the flavor of the lemon. It just didn’t taste natural to me.
@robini71 I will check and see and let you know. Now I’m really curious. Have you ever had angel pie? My mother used to make it. It’s a lot like lemon meringue only it has a meringue on the bottom and whip cream on top
