I bought some #Boursin Cuisine cream cheese marked “vente rapide” in September. Opened it that month. Label says consume 10 days after opening. Today, ~7 refrigerated *months* after opening, I finally finished eating it. I saw no signs of mold. Tasted fine. I wonder how many more months it would have lasted. It’s the tomato & herbs variety. But real- creme is the main ingredient.
I should mention I cooked it in soup.. only simmered for a couple min, fwiw.
