@ghose hey! I've been running on an off for many years, barefoot also. I did the c25k program 2 years ago half barefoot, half barefoot shoes.
Ive been wearing barefoot shoes for about 5 years and also doing strength training in them (calisthenics/weightlifting).
So I'm well adapted!
But I do notice that my calves, tendons/ligaments in my feet seem to get sore more than runners using traditional running shoes. But nothing that doesn't repair itself by the next run.

@ghose I just have to be careful not to increase my milage too fast.

Yeah barefoot is so great! It keeps me from pushing too hard. My muscles and cardio improves way faster than tendons and stuff so even when i use something like #zerodrop altra's, they allow me to exceed my tendons capacity without me feeling it until after.
Barefoot limits me because my feet will hurt if I increase my speed/milage/time running too fast.
