Per a few recommendations I emailed Blackstyle and they did have them in stock & I have ordered one. Thanks :)

Here is what they said:

The molded dog mask is not discontinued, no worries. We just receive only small amounts nowadays. So it is not listed in our webshop.

We currently have a small amount in stock. So if you would tell me the desired configuration of the hood i will reply with an corresponding offer.

@BoundInRubber @baron I've bought from ferubber before. They are alright, but the prices have gone up and shipping too. Don't expect blackstyle quality and you'll be fine - it's a Chinese made clone, but pretty much the same I think.

My suit from them didn't fit the greatest. But they have a nice selection of hoods, harnesses and collars/cuffs that are pretty good for the money!

Also only took like a month for a suit to he made iirc. Not sure about hoods

@Saki @baron Yeah I figured it was a clone of the hood. Hopefully Blackstyle will get more in. Good to know about the suits too.

@BoundInRubber @baron last I heard they only had one of the various size molds left. I also went the FERubber route. I’m still glad I got it knowing it’s not blackstyle quality. I’m happy to send you some close up pictures or answer any questions.

@BoundInRubber @baron I haven’t had a blackstyle pup hood, so can’t directly compare. The thickness is 1.8 mm, the main rubber feels pretty good. The thinner zipper flap feels kinda papery to me, not like blackstyle’s clothing rubber.

I think they only have one mold because the top has a little dimple from how much material was trimmed for the zipper seam on my tiny head.

All that said I don’t regret the purchase.

It seems like its a from time to time limited time item, i got mine some years ago and saw it on blackstyle's site last summer again

So maybe there's a chance to catch one from them if ur patient enough
