I'm definitely going for the glorious new mistakes.
@selzero sometimes I get nostalgic though
@selzero yes, yes, all of us, everyone wants and says it, but always goes to the other side :-)
Something we need to accept because it is hard to avoid either of them. ๐Ÿ˜ž
@selzero that one three turns back tho. That was a doozy!
@selzero the real trick, turning old ones into new ones

@selzero Which way is cocaine and other recreational drugs???

Hold a second... information coming in...

Apparently to the left, I just don't remember, so both directions are 'right'!

@selzero @Jon_Kramer If I may... Consider the scale RECREATIONAL ... <> ... SACRAMENTAL ... <> ... HARMFUL. This is my guideline, all joking aside. ๐Ÿ˜Œ
@Lichtenbergian @selzero I haven't even had as much as a beer in months. I am mostly just expressing wishful thinking.
@selzero Always for the new mistakes. No good story ever started with making a good choice
@selzero letโ€™s make some poor decisions!!!
@selzero "let's all make better mistakes tomorrow"
@selzero I'm stuck on the "you are here sign"

@selzero Something that I try to live by, and something that I tell the occasional students that I work with, is: try to never make the same mistake twice. And, the extension of that: an expert is someone who has made (nearly?) every possible mistake in a very narrow field.

I feel like both of those should be attributed to someone, but I've no clue from where I've heard either.

@cthulku @selzero
I use to tell my staff " I don't get mad if we make a mistake, I get mad when we repeat a mistake. Our goal is to make new bigger and better mistakes" ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
@selzero Absolutely, it's much more fun and also more exciting.
@selzero "when you're faced with two evils, choose the one you haven't tried yet"
@selzero there must be tons of people exactly at this sign.

@selzero

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And sorry I could not travel both

@selzero

Feels like anything I choose is a mistake.

@cgsines What gives you that idea ๐Ÿค”
