Fair First Union Contract for Tech 1010 - OPEIU - AFL/CIO workers at findhelp.org / Aunt Bertha

Workers at findhelp.org (otherwise known as “Aunt Bertha”), an online social care resource, organized their union in April 2023 with Tech 1010 - OPEIU AFL/CIO.  Please help us to secure a fair contract by sending this letter to members of the findhelp /Aunt Bertha Board of Directors and Investors, urging them to support a fair contract that provides dignity and ease. The workers' priorities are remote work flexibility, transparency, equity, a fair just cause process for discipline and discharge, and lower turnover / better retention mechanisms.
