#TypeScript is a good language. The real needs of developers are more related to fighting against devops enthusiasts making their life harder. My colleague insists that prod container image must be exactly the same as dev one, which implies that one can't even debug a dev server as the pod contains a prod binary! One has race conditions or unsafe global vars for the environment specific configuration because he doesn't accept to pass it in buildtime env vars.
