@BongoMcnulty It was during a school festival montage in episode 10, at about 0923. It's very easy to miss since it cuts between a variety of scenes a lot of new characters get introduced.

- Banana Eating Contest
- Fortune Telling
- New Battle Uniform Event (looks like a beauty contest)
- Festival Games with two new young characters
