@izaya there are some #PDU's for rackmount by #APC and other manufacturers that measure current, show.voltage and even allow switching outlets...
Tho they use IEC C13/C14 & C19/C20 plugs/sockets and are 19" rackmount, so you need some cheap passive adaptors...
