In Prometheus, Shaw actually dies on the operating table, giving herself a Caesarian section while fighting the monster that comes out. The monster then uses her DNA to assume her appearance, and runs off down the hill IN PERFECT HEALTH while a fucking giant-ass UFO rolls down the hill after her.
