I am watching Sailor Moon S: The Movie now, my first entrance into any Sailor Moon anime. I had recently read the short story manga that the movie is based on.

And, frankly, this may be the greatest anime of all time for this scene alone.

@mdmrn scene is great, but I dislike the S movie so much😝

R movie is pinnacle. One reason the S movie hurts so bad😭

@mdmrn Coincidentally I was thinking about this movie on and off last week! I watched it so many times back in the day that I'm sure if I see the movie opening again (those distinct notes playing over the Toei logo) I'll start crying
