Great #AndysManClub tonight. Got some anxieties off my chest about my relationship with C, and shared my hurt and frustration at how my ex wife has been poisoning my #kids against C and I again. I can’t really put into words how important this group of brothers are to me. I’m doing my first #volunteering slot for them in the morning - handing out fliers and business cards at the train station.

@threeofus seeing men starting groups and helping each other in healthy ways makes me so happy and hopeful. We all deserve to have someone with whom we can stop being on guard all the time. As a woman I have to remember that the systems in place hurt all of us with the discourses about expectations of what we can do or what we need to hide. Y'all are doing us all a great favor speaking about and sharing. Well done!

@iamDishana Thank you - it’s such a relief to have an outlet for the ‘unspeakable’. I’ve gone for most of my life without it and it almost killed me.
