Boerenerf, #Lambic from the Senne Valley, and Nevel, #WildAle from Nijmegen, created Wild Borders.

Citrus, hay and funk in the nose. On top of that some grass in the flavor. Moderate acidity. Green apple finish. 🍻

@tastingcraftbeer damn, you are tempting me, to place a order for wild sour beers at a Belgium online store. Sadly the market for those beers in Germany really isn't there, so there is not a lot directly available here.

Seriously though, on a fairly large order, shipping to Germany from Huis van de Geuze is probably not excessive (it wasn't to the Netherlands either). The beers keep well, so you can order for the next few years in one go!

@tastingcraftbeer i know that they keep, and yes, we have some nice Berliner Weiße its just that the variance pales, when I compare it with shopes like https://www.bieresgourmet.be/en/
