เกิดที่เชียงราย เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2529 พำนักและทำงานอยู่ที่เชียงราย ___ บู้ซือ อาจอ เป็นจิตรกรที่เรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง สร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่ดึงเอาประสบการณ์ในชีวิตประจำวันของเธอในฐานะผู้หญิงในโลกร่วมสมัย รวมถึงรากเหง้าของเธอในฐานะชนเผ่าอาข่า นับตั้งแต่เธอเริ่มวาดภาพเมื่ออายุ 15 ปี เธอได้พัฒนาภาษาของจิตรกรที่แสดงออกอย่างชัดเจนเพื่อสื่อสารทั้งสิ่งที่มองเห็นและมองไม่เห็น ตลอดจนเนื้อหาและจิตใจ ศิลปินเกิดในพื้นที่ภูเขาอันห่างไกลของเมียนมาร์ เธอถูกบังคับให้ต้องหลบหนีตั้งแต่ยังเด็กพร้อมกับครอบครัวของเธอภายหลังจากการรุกรานของทหาร ศิลปินเป็นชาวอาข่า ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์จากที่ราบสูงของจีนแผ่นดินใหญ่ในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ และมาจากครอบครัวช่างฝีมือ อีกทั้งมาจากวัฒนธรรมปากเปล่า การฝึกสร้างภาพเป็นสิ่งแปลกใหม่สำหรับเธอ เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ เธอเริ่มนำประติมากรรมไม้มารวมเข้ากับภาษาภาพของเธอ รวมทั้งทำงานเกี่ยวกับการจัดวาง บู้ซือ อาจอ จัดแสดงผลงานทั้งในเชียงรายและกรุงเทพฯ
