I learned from them how they put those elements & principles into practice in their context, that many of their customers choose them for their ability to thrive in & tackle Complexity, and that they often have to take their customers through a journey to embrace Complexity-Thinking to partner w/ them in the creative journey their innovative work is, to successfully realise what's needed for their customers.
