Dragon Pendant

Depending on the color, this pendant can invoke a lot of things. Usually worn by higher ranking Kobolds, these are carved pieces of their master. Sometimes old pieces of scale or just stone the dragon slept on if scale wasn't available.

If the pendant is invested with enough magical energy and the dragon's alignment matches the wearers, it grants Luck, or: one re-roll on a natural 1. Resets at dawn.
