One example: an Interstate Convention on Human Rights, enforced by an Interstate Commission and adjudicated by an Interstate Court.
This would be supplementary and expansive to existing federal civil rights law and would allow for private citizens to sue state governments over violations in a parallel judiciary.

I saw this suggested numerous times on Twitter as an antidote to unilateral disarmament over congressional seats after the #ForThePeopleAct fell through.
