TaiAfter biking to work and back today I spent time submitting maintenance reports on all the intersections I could remember where the curb cut had been blocked by the plowed snow. It's not like this is a new thing, how does this happen every major snowfall? I at least have the mobility to get me and my bike over it. What about people with mobility challenges? Likely Jan LukasIt's a major reason I use forearm crutches with icepicks on the tips rather than a rollator.
With the crutches and icepicks, I *might* be able to summit a windrow.
With a rollator (and presumably an actual wheelchair, but I don't have one so cannot comment from experience), my journey ends no later than the end of the block. 😡
