- Rolling back to an older app version in Google Play and the Apple App Store is not supported

- Not testing the production configuration on a test or acceptance environment for ledgers and agents proofed to be fatal to this go live
- Building a new #Mendix package (mda) is 100x faster locally (&upload) then building it in the Sprintr portal (while waiting anxiously, because you want to deploy that hotpatch to production)
- Clear communications and no blaming definitely helped quickly releasing a hot patch to production
