Another lawsuit for Premier Ford. 🤦​
#Ontario’s Justices of the Peace are gearing up to take the Ford government to court.

MPP Caroline Mulroney said they continue to have “active discussions” but the judicial body contends “even by government standards, this is glacial."

Another case that #DougFord has delayed to try and save money but which impairs our institutions and ends up costing taxpayers way more money at the end.

The government has yet to set up a commission meant to advise it on issues including JP salaries. The commission work was supposed to have been completed by last April.
