Not appreciated enough therapeutic effect of talking to #beauticians #manicurists and #hairdressers. I'm waiting in line and unwillingly hearing the support a young beautician gives to an older lady preparing for some nasty court case with a villain of a man (getting it from context, without many details). I also notice it in customer service I work in how much of a person's attitude towards their day you can change by your attitude towards them.
