MayhamMonday@larryneufeld You know I've always referred to it as the carbon rebates but then maybe that's because I'm on the lower end of the scale living on Aish in Alberta!
@MayhamMonday Tax has a very negative tone to it and it's something the Conservative Party always enjoys using is the word "tax" to help build hate for it. Rebate definitely sounds better when referring to it
@larryneufeld yeah but I've never seen it as a tax I've always seen it as a rebate because the rebates help me & I don't notice the tax coming off + I'm not stupid I also know taxes help people like me too! #DontTrustCONServatives & their misinformation lies!
