@anirvan @anildash And, if I might add, perfectly compatible with profit-making, even in big company terms. It turns out most people who want to create content don't want to also manage their own distribution infrastructure, and prefer UIs tailored to their use cases.

@anirvan @anildash @kaffeeringe I always love to hear that sentence, because then I know it's not just on ... spotify or prime or audible ... and I realy on Pocket Cast to catch all that amazing content and recently more and more the offerings directly from the german public audiothek of ARD
@anirvan @anildash But it needs to go further, esp. “…and whatever you listen to podcasts on!” In _theory_ the feed format hasn’t changed over the years, yet devices like the iPad Touch no longer can work with iTunes. Because Apple, of course…
