Was it written by AI? It has that flavour of being TV trope mad-libs. Zombies, but also vampires. Here comes some shady government agency in black SUVs. A man fighting for his family. But the vampires are actually misunderstood. Except they are also bad.
All so haphazardly strung together it is less plot than "plot-like product."
