37 million at risk for flooding from blockbuster California rainstorm

The second and stronger storm of a one-two punch will blast California with torrential rain, flooding and feet of snow.

@StevePLMarquis I didn't know about these megastorm/megaflood events until recently.

I got twenty acres of land in N. California near Redding. It's not land, it's round rocks in a loam matrix and it's at least 10m deep. I suspect it's the alluvial remains of these floods.

We are completely out of the loop and in the dark. The whole Central Valley becomes the Central Sea.
