An attorney for Harvey Murphy Jr., a 61-year-old grandfather, says he was sexually assaulted at the Harris County Jail while being wrongfully detained on an armed robbery charge. Murphy was in California when the crime was committed in 2022 and was incorrectly identified as a suspect based on the use of surveillance footage and facial recognition technology, according to the attorney.
