Take a few deep breaths. Extend the exhale with each breath and focus on relaxing your jaw, shoulders, hands, abdomen, back, legs, and feet. Work your way down from your head to your toes.

Turn your hands, palms facing up. Use your palms as the focal point of a short meditation. Redirect your attention to the palms if you become distracted. What sensations do you feel? Does your attention bring warmth? Tingling? This is an example of the mind's influence on the body.😊

@dancinyogi For some reason I find it really uncomfortable to sit with my hands palm facing up.
@ifr that’s not unusual. Some people find it makes them feel vulnerable. Other find it physically difficult to do so.
