Blind Mapmaker

For those of you #ttrpg folks who are also struggling with the opt-out-of-the-new-site button on DriveThruRPG: If it doesn't take on first try, deactivate it, sign off, go to another website, sign on, active the opt-out and go somewhere else again. After that it worked for me. And I was getting ready to edit non-existent cookies...

Buy on itch.io or right on the creator's website if you can, of course.

Edit: See in the replies that, unfortunately, this opt-out seems to be a strictly temporary measure. Let's hope they fix the new layout until then...

@blind_mapmaker did they add a button? When I contacted customer service a few months ago they told me it was not possible and the new layout was there to stay. I told them the new site was so annoying to use that I would stop buying from them

@luigirenna Just found it today, when I was already pissed at other things. Thanks for getting in touch with the company. Maybe enough people did.

Old site is not great, but useable on PC. I've been told new site is usable on mobile. If it stays this way everybody wins.

Still can't switch my language to English and am stuck with badly translated German and untranslated English like that button.

@luigirenna Uh-oh, just found this foreboding note next to the button in the old interface:

"This option will show you the legacy design while it is still available.
New features will not be added to the legacy design, and partial or whole migration will happen in the future without notice."
