A ★★★★ review of Blue My Mind (2017)

Really uncomfortable viewing (in a good way). In summary: - being a teenager sucks - puberty sucks (particularly if you’re a girl) - boys suck - parents… suck - drugs are bad - raw fish is good I did honestly find it pretty difficult to watch because of my own trauma but it does a really good job of exploring that period (no pun intended) of life through a metamorphosis and queer lens. I’m trying to think of the last Swiss film I watched and honestly I can’t think of one. Need to explore more
