#WIPWednesday is a little linen trim for an #18thcentury neckerchief. This is a known pattern from my region and #RevWar period, but was also made elsewhere.

My most unusual pillow is this one that I had custom made by a local woodworker, based on the plans in this French Alps style. From that book on #Queyras lace.

I fell hard for this style #BobbinLace pillow when I found them in this @wikipedia image one night during the pandemic.

I put that image on the Bobbin Lace page, and began to try to buy one.

There are also two in the NY Historical Society collection. One of them has the date carved right into it, so that's helpful.

My woodworker liked the chip carving style, but said it was a lot more work. So we did the inlay, which is lovely anyway and also a period technique.
