One thing I love so much about Mastodon is that you can just right click to copy any link and it just works as god intended. Almost all other social media sites hijack links with their trackers or make copying a pain in other ways
@Techaltar To be fair, being able to copy plain links should be the bare minimum. Sadly, it's not.
And they open directly on you Browser (Firefox in my case), @Techaltar, no the built-in Browser on the app.
@Techaltar especially since t co links don't even work when you're logged in sometimes

@Techaltar

wait is there a vulnerability just for copying links?

@Techaltar Yeah, I mean, that is annoying...but it's also fairly low on my list of annoyances...
@Techaltar Similarly, my favorite part of Tusky is I can just click a link and it loads a vivaldi frame for it, then it drops me back into the regular interface when I go back.
@Techaltar Me accidentally copying an elk link and pasting it:
@Techaltar it's not like it would be any financial incentive there for Mastodon for hijacking the link (especially for a more generic instance like yours 😁 )
@Techaltar Another thing is chronological feed, without “suggested” content.
