(Except the display backlight, but that is expected at the device's age, and doesn't impact functionality, and the floppy drive which I haven't tested yet.)

Things I had to fix: one physically broken key (replaced), one sticky key (cleaned/unstuck), a few more non-functional keys (cleaned, bent contacts into shape), one physically destroyed button (glued provisionally), several (too many to count) marginal or completely non-functional switches (desoldered all 70, and replaced with new ones).

This required removing about a dozen wiring looms, one mechanical assembly, 61 keys and springs, six excessively interconnected PCBs and countless screws.

Anyone else need their SY77 fixed? I know how to do it now. 😉
