Will be interesting to see how this AB tracks - including whether resistance pops up rapidly if it can pass trials, and whether P. aeruginosa is also affected.

@IceNine @fulelo This peptide has been tweaked to target a lipid-transport mechanism specific to Acinetobacter baumannii. It won't work on other species. Which is not necessarily bad -- broader-spectrum antibiotics are harder on the host microbiome.
