Haven’t run since the 23rd. Lower calf (Soleus?) doesn’t feel right and I’m terrified of doing something to aggravate it, especially with a race in mid-February (the awesome 12 miles of trail that is the Dursley Dozen)…
I’m exceptionally grumpy at the moment as a result and desperate to get back on the trails ☹️
