And by funny I mean pathetic.
Um, that's factual. Mangolini was off the ballot after the initial appeal, and got effectively reinstated by the CO SC, unless the US SC rules otherwise. Ok, the way the CO SC worded it he would have been removed if nobody appealed to the US SC by Jan 5th, but no one believed there wouldn't be another appeal.
