So, today, so far I have made two lots of stuffing for the turkey tomorrow - pork mince, and chestnut. And the Christmas pudding has began its 8-hour journey on a slow simmer.
Jane@paulhellyer My missions are less complex. I have requested the chilly bin be bought down from the attic (done) and dug the cold packs up from the bottom of the chest freezer ready for tomorrow. I have been out and braved the supermarket crowd for the last provisions. I have yet to box up the presents for transfer tomorrow morning and then my prep is done for today.
