Engage the senses with your favorite treat. I'll use chocolate as an example🍫
• Open the packet. Inhale the aroma
• Break off a piece and look at it, examine it
•Pop it in your mouth, hold it on your tongue, and let it melt. Chocolate has over 300 flavors. Try to sense some of them. Feel the texture
• If your mind wanders, return to the present moment. Focus on the chocolate
• After the chocolate has melted, swallow it slowly
