Quesillo #Venezolano. Served with authentic dulce de leche & whipped cream.
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbs sugar
1 can condensed milk
Plus fill the can with whole milk.
Boil the sugar with a tbsp of water until dark caramel color add to a flan mold. Blend all other ingredients in the blender. Put in the mold. Bake in a Bain Marie container at 350 for about 40 mins.
