Having decided from this year that Ukraine would officially celebrate Christmas on Dec. 25, Ukraine has decided to mark the approaching festivities with its own unique take on the tradition.
Dec 6 - Today, we would like to say «Vielen Dank» to our German friends @BMVg_Bundeswehr for their unwavering support in our fight for freedom. We are grateful for Marder IFVs and all the military support provided to Ukraine.
Marder is one of the best IFVs in service with our defense forces. This machine both saves the lives of Ukrainian soldiers and forces enemies from their positions.
Dec 7 - Today, we express our gratitude to our Swedish friends from @ForsvarsdepSv for their resolute support of #Ukraine. Because the colors of freedom are blue and yellow. We are particularly grateful for the Archer self-propelled howitzers provided to #UAarmy.
The Archers are one of the most modern 155mm howitzers in service with our troops. A fully automatic magazine, high precision and mobility make this howitzer an effective weapon to destroy occupiers and liberate 🇺🇦 land
Dec 8 - Today, we thank our partners from @DeptofDefense for their leadership in supporting Ukraine. We are especially grateful for M2 Bradley IFVs.
M2 Bradley serve as both an armored personnel carrier and a tank-killer. Its 25 mm autocannon effectively destroy the enemy and helps our soldiers liberate Ukrainian land.
Dec 9 - Today, we express our gratitude to our #Czech friends from @ObranaTweetuje for their comprehensive support since the beginning of the russian invasion. We are especially grateful for DANA self-propelled artillery systems.
Every shell fired from DANA artillery system brings Ukrainian victory closer and destroys the enemy. DANA can quickly target and hit an enemy target.
Dec 10 - Today, we'd like to say thank you to our #Canadian friends at @NationalDefence
for their constant support in our fight against evil.
Senators help save the lives of Ukrainian warriors. This vehicle provides a high level of protection against explosive devices and ambushes, ensuring the safety of the crew. Our soldiers feel even more confident when they know that you feel safer when they know that under their feet is special protection against russian mines.
Dec 11 - Today, we'd like to thank our friends from 🇫🇷 @Armees_Gouv and 🇮🇹@MinisteroDifesa for their unwavering support for Ukraine. We are particularly grateful for strengthening our air defence capabilities with SAMP/T systems.
SAMP/T helps to protect key infrastructure objects and save Ukrainian people's lives. Such systems can shoot down ballistic missiles.
Dec 12 - It's ATACMS time! We are grateful to our US partners at @DeptofDefense
for such an effective weapon.
#ATACMS missiles give Ukraine an opportunity for asymmetric responses to the occupiers. They’ve become a formidable weapon in the hands of 🇺🇦 warriors.
Dec 13 - Today, we want to say “Tack!” to our Swedish friends at @ForsvarsdepSv for all the military, political, and economic support provided to Ukraine. Especially, we are grateful for CV-90 IFVs.
Thanks to the СV-90, our soldiers are moving forward, liberating our land, and saving lives. Ukrainians liked the CV-90 so much that in August we concluded an agreement with Sweden on the joint production of CV-90 combat vehicles in 🇺🇦.
Dec 14 - Today, we would like to thank our American (@Deptofdefense), British (@DefenceHQ) and Estonian (@MoD_Estonia) friends for Javelins.
This man-portable anti-tank system has become a legend on the battlefield and even turned into a Ukrainian pop culture icon. It helped our soldiers shatter the Kremlin’s dream about seizing Kyiv in three days. It's no surprise that it's often referred to as Saint Javelin.
Dec 15 - Today, we express our gratitude to our American @DeptofDefense), Canadian (@NationalDefence), and Australian @DefenceAust) partners for their unwavering support. We especially thank you for the M777 howitzers provided for #UAarmy.
The M777 became the first NATO weapon of 155mm caliber in Ukraine. The howitzer can fire at a range of up to 40 km. Long-range artillery has made a substantial contribution to the Ukrainian army’s successes on the battlefield.
Dec 16 - Today, we want to highlight the #NASAMS air defense system and thank our Norwegian (@Forsvarsdep), Canadian (@NationalDefence), Lithuanian (@Lithuanian_MoD), and American (@DeptofDefense) friends for considerable aid that secured the Ukrainian sky.
NASAMS systems significantly strengthened the #UAarmy and made our skies safer.
Dec 17 - Today, we want to say thank you to our #French (@Armees_Gouv) and #Danish (@Forsvarsmin) partners for #CAESAR self-propelled artillery systems.
In the capable hands of Ukrainian artillerymen, the CAESAR became a nightmare for occupiers. It can hit targets from more than 40 kilometers away with pinpoint accuracy. This artillery system gets us one step closer to victory.
Dec 18 - Today, we express our gratitude to our Spanish (@Defensagob), American (@DeptofDefense), and Swedish (@ForsvarsdepSv) friends for #Hawk missile systems.
"Homing All the Way Killer" or Hawk became a reliable guard of the Ukrainian sky. This system effectively shoots down russian kamikaze drones and missiles and protects the lives of our people.
Dec 19 - Today, we present to you the FIM-92 Stinger man-portable air-defense system. Many of our partners have donated Stingers to the #UAarmy, including the Netherlands (@Defensie), Germany (@BMVg_Bundeswehr), United States (@DeptofDefense), Lithuania (@Lithuanian_MoD), Latvia (@AizsardzibasMin), Italy (@MinisteroDifesa), Denmark (@Forsvarsmin), and Greece (@Hellenic_MOD). We are grateful for their unwavering support since the first days of the full-scale invasion.
Dec 20 - Leopard 2 is the weapon of the day!
10 countries joined the Leopard Coalition and provided these tanks to #UAarmy. We are grateful to Germany (@BMVg_Bundeswehr), Netherlands (@Defensie), Denmark (@Forsvarsmin), Poland (@MON_GOV_PL), Spain (@Defensagob), Sweden (@ForsvarsdepSv), Norway (@Forsvarsdep), Canada (@NationalDefence), Finland (@DefenceFinland) and Portugal (@defesa_pt).
Dec 21 - Today, we express our gratitude to our friends from Denmark (@Forsvarsmin), the Netherlands (@Defensie), the USA (@DeptofDefense), the UK (@DefenceHQ), and Spain (@Defensagob) for Harpoon missiles and launchers.
Harpoon missiles help Ukraine in ensuring security in the Black Sea region and pushing russia's fleet to the eastern part of the sea.
Dec 22 - Christmas is just around the corner, so today we are happy to present to you the Flakpanzer Gepard, also known as Cheetah, a German-made self-propelled anti-aircraft artillery system.
Gepards play an important role in defending our skies against russian terrorist attacks.

for their steadfast support.
Dec 23 - Today, we are happy to present to you the M113 tracked armored personnel carrier.
M113 APCs play an important role in #UAarmy. They provide fire support for units in battle, evacuate the wounded soldiers, and also deliver ammunition to the front line. This helps bring Ukraine's victory closer and saves the lives of our soldiers.
Dec 24 - The most "delicious" comes at the very end. Today, we are happy to present to you the Patriot air defense systems.
The Patriots demonstrated incredible effectiveness in defending the Ukrainian sky. The system shoots down even "no-analogue" russian Kinzhal hypersonic missiles.
