Tawtovo (ܬܘܬܒܐ)I get pretty salty when discussions of the #Crusades refer to the Crusaders as "the Christians." Yes, the Crusaders were #Christians, and almost all Western European Christians supported the Crusades, but there were many more *local* Eastern Christians than there were European Christians in Jerusalem at any time. A statement about "the Christians" which does not include the Eastern Christians is just ignorance or special pleading.
