@DrMMarten it’s amazing how aljazeera is able to completely miss the plot about this.
The organization behind it is an influence campaign targeting gazans. The guy who runs it is Ofer Rosenbaum, a marketing slimeball, who’s well known for his dirty psychological warfare tactics, as repulsive as this one.
To call it “Israel children” and make it about an indoctrinating ethno-state, is embarrassing, considering the high level and well informed content #aljazeera typically has. There’s lots of academic research about this aspect of the Israeli society, and this is not that.
This is the song they chose to bastardize, and not by chance.
Also, it is shocking because this is exactly what it was designed to do.
