Has anybody found a way to upgrade Ubuntu 23.04 to 23.10 or 23.10.x?
They had some griefer mess up a lot of the translations, and declare that a blocker bug and sort of withdrew the upgrade,
and I can download 23.10.1 directly, but I've got a bunch of 23.04 machines that need upgrades.
Any time I use the upgrade tool it shows me blank release notes.

All my Google-Fu finds is instructions from before that (which no longer work) or complaints from after.)

This is why I only ever install LTS.

@resuna I've moved most of the simpler less active machines to LTS last upgrade cycle, but have a few that really do want to stay current, and I'd rather not have to rebuild them on a new copy.
