UltragrampsThe Desi Quest live play series is already on its second episode and is a lovely dive into one of the oldest histories on the planet. The enthusiasm Jasmine Bhullar (@ThatBronzeGirl) brings to this campaign is worth the watch alone, but she’s accompanied by eager and talented players with live gaming experience already under their belts.
There seems to have been an editing glitch at the beginning of the first episode where the full title would have been Sare Jahan Se Accra, which is a simple song taught to children to stand up to British occupation, but it also carries that emotional weight of pride and patriotism felt when the world is new. Kinda like the “America the Beautiful” here in the States, though far more somber in tone.
I’ll certainly be watching this one.
