I reallllllllllly want to bake a #cake! When I worked in an office, I would bake something every Sunday and bring it in on Monday, mostly to make my colleagues not hate Mondays (I called it #TGIM). But now I work from home and we avoid sweets and pastries (in favor of workouts, vegetables, legumes and lean meats) and there's nobody to bake a cake for!

Gah! 🥺

@muiiio Our workplace in general (and me in particular) still gladly accepts cakes 😅😋
@davidjamesweir I mean, if you're closer to me than my own office (1h flight / 4.5h train / 6.5h drive) 😬
@muiiio if baking is the important part and not the eating, you can give it to a homeless person or a neighbor that is not a douche
@krushev The important part seems to be baking for someone I know and with whom I share a substantial amount of time. I guess I need to get to know my neighbors...
@muiiio or have friends come over more often 😈🙊😇 (I hope this translates as a slight jibe because I say this as a person that likes to cook interesting dishes, but his kids usually don’t like them, so the only way I can cook and not throw it away is to have guests)
